Product Marketing Manager
As Product Marketing Manager, you will join our central marketing team, working closely with product managers, sales, and local marketing leads across all our markets. Your mission will be to position our solutions effectively, ensure our value propositions are clear and differentiated, and enable our sales teams with the right tools and messaging to succeed.
You’ll be responsible for defining product narratives and creating customer-facing assets that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical staff, product development, and commercial execution, ensuring that our innovations and services are successfully brought to market and resonate with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for our products and solutions that highlight differentiation and customer value and ensure localisation for different markets.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, aligning closely with the overarching brand narrative.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute product launches and campaigns in collaboration with central and local marketing teams.
- Create launch toolkits and ensure alignment across regions to maximize impact.
Sales Enablement & Support
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, product sheets, webinars and case studies.
- Conduct training sessions to equip sales teams with strong product knowledge and compelling narratives.
Content Development & Campaign Assets
- Partner with content creators, designers, and digital teams to produce assets such as white papers, solution briefs, landing pages, and customer success stories.
- Ensure assets are tailored to support the buyer journey and demand generation campaigns.
Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence
- Research and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform positioning and GTM strategies.
- Share findings with key stakeholders and recommend actions based on insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product management to understand roadmaps and translate technical features into customer-focused benefits.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt product messaging for local markets while keeping central consistency.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B tech or IT services
- Strong skills in creating value propositions, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing materials
- Proven track record of supporting product launches and building go-to-market strategies
- Ability to translate technical product details into clear, compelling customer benefits
- Excellent collaboration skills — confident working across product, sales, and marketing functions in international settings
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong English skills; additional Nordic languages are a plus
