Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will join our central marketing team, supporting all the markets in which we operate. Your mission will be to own and drive performance across our digital channels — acting as an expert on our digital presence and advertising.
You will ensure we maintain an “always-on” digital presence across search, social, and display platforms, while driving effective campaigns that support both global and local goals. Working with local marketers, you will identify focus areas based on market needs and strategic priorities, then plan, deliver, and measure campaigns across 10 local markets.
This role is pivotal in ensuring consistency, expertise, and scalability across our local initiatives — empowering local teams with best practices, tools, and performance insights and operational backbone they can lean on.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Plan, set-up, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including search, social media, programmatic/display advertising, and retargeting.
- Drive both awareness and customer acquisition with full-funnel digital strategies.
Measure and report the Performance of Digital Campaigns and “always on” presence
Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) to inform future strategies - working closely with the responsible person for our marketing automation platform: Adobe Marketo.
- Track, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance across all channels, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with our marketing operations lead to align campaigns with lead nurturing and scoring processes.
Identify Trends and Optimize Performance
Stay current on trends and tools in online marketing — bring innovation, experimentation, and improvements into our campaigns and optimize spend and performance across all digital channels.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with marketing and sales teams locally as well as product marketing specialists to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.
Conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Perform market research to identify trending keywords, digital trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data to help inform the digital marketing strategies locally in the markets.
Website & SEO
- Collaborate with Marketing Specialists to optimise website content and landing pages for both SEO and campaign conversion performance.
- Drive paid and organic search strategies, ensuring alignment between content efforts and broader digital advertising initiatives
- Lead search engine marketing across all markets: Google Ads, keyword analysis, campaign tracking, and ranking optimization.

Marketing Automation: Adobe Marketo (experience beneficial, training provided)
Web Platform: WordPress
Analytics & Ad Tools: Mix of platforms, including Matomo and Leadfeeder
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably across international/multi-market setups
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign execution (search, social, and display required; SEO a plus)
- Commercial mindset with an ability to translate technical marketing metrics into business insights
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to communicate complex digital concepts in clear, understandable terms
- Structured, independent, and proactive — comfortable navigating both strategic work and hands-on execution
- Fluent in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus
