Digital Content Producer
As Digital Content Producer, you will join a central marketing team supporting all the markets in which we operate. Your mission will be to develop, manage, and elevate content across digital platforms — ensuring that our brand voice is strong, consistent, and engaging across all 10 markets.
You’ll be responsible for planning and producing content that supports strategic initiatives, enhances digital presence, and brings our stories to life across channels. Collaborating with local marketing teams, product marketers, and design resources, you will be instrumental in scaling high-quality content and driving thought leadership across our regions.
This role is essential in ensuring impactful storytelling, high-performing content experiences, and a scalable approach to content marketing throughout the Conscia Group.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and Create Engaging Content
Develop content to be leveraged across platforms — including articles, web copy, reports, landing pages, blogs, case stories, social media posts, infographics, white papers, and video— ensuring alignment with our brand narrative, tone of voice, and business objectives.
Manage Content Calendars and Campaign Alignment
Drive an editorial calendar in close collaboration with central and local marketing teams to ensure timely, relevant, and strategic content is published according to plan, supporting relevant campaigns, launches, and key initiatives.
Optimize Content for Digital Performance
Write and edit content with SEO best practices in mind and ensure our content tracks well in AI-generated content, optimizing our content for discoverability and engagement across digital media.
Localize and Scale Content Across Markets
Work with local marketing teams to adapt and scale core content pieces for use in different countries and languages, while maintaining brand consistency and local relevance.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Partner with subject matter experts, product marketing, sales, and design to gather inputs, shape stories, and bring marketing messages to life in compelling ways.
Monitor Trends and Innovate Content Formats
Stay up to date on content marketing trends, storytelling formats, and creative approaches to help evolve and enrich Conscia’s digital storytelling footprint.

Tools & Platforms
- Content Management System: WordPress
- Marketing Automation: Adobe Marketo (experience beneficial, training provided)
- Analytics Tools: Matomo, Leadfeeder
- Creative Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) — or willingness to collaborate with designers using these, as well as learning the basics yourself
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in digital content creation and publishing, preferably in international environments within digital infrastructure, IT, and cybersecurity
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities — with proven experience creating impactful and results-driven content
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, web content structure, and content performance analysis
- Excellent collaboration skills — able to translate technical or complex input into compelling, digestible content, and use Content Sprouting to maximize the content across platforms and over time
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple content streams and meet deadlines
- Native English skills; additional Nordic languages are a plus
