In our fast-growing organisation, the Sales Operations team plays a key role in improving sales reporting, optimising commercial strategy, and streamlining processes. If you understand how process improvements, software implementation, and go-to-market initiatives can energise a sales-driven organisation, this is the place for you. You will support teams across Conscia Group with data analysis, report generation, presentations, and other critical tasks.

Your responsibilities
As a Student Analyst at Conscia Group, you will:

• Dive into data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving sales processes and ensuring data integrity
• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to add value and learn
• Collect, analyse, and present data, using your data visualisation skills to bring information to life
• Support our teams in achieving ambitious business goals
• Help develop operational procedures to monitor business performance and assist with planning, reporting, and budgeting
• Work within a Microsoft-based infrastructure, using tools such as Power BI, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft 365 Copilot

Your qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:

• Is in their 2nd or 3rd year of a university degree in Business or Economics
• Has a solid understanding of financials, pipelines, and internal performance metrics
• Has experience building reports in Power BI and basic knowledge of Excel
• Is passionate about data analysis and reporting
• Is curious about how data-driven sales can drive business growth
• Can maintain an overview while handling large volumes of data
• Thrives in an independent, responsibility-driven work environment
• Is fluent in English, as we operate across international markets
• Can commit to working 15–25 hours per week
